Broccoli Bake
Ingredients needed: 2 Broccoli trees, 1 cup of cheese, half a pound of ground turkey, 2 tablespoons olive oil, dash of garlic salt, and pepper.
1. I started by washing and cutting the broccoli into florets.
2. Then I preheated the oven to 400 degrees.
3. Next I prepared a pyrex pan with olive oil, and layed the broccoli in it.
4. After that I cooked the turkey and drained the grease, then put it in the pan with the broccoli. I also seasoned it with the garlic salt and pepper.
5. Last, I gave the whole thing a nice extra drizzle of olive oil on top and topped the entire thing with cheese.
6. I put it in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Zucchini Pizzas
Ingredients needed: 4 large zucchini, about 10 tomatoes, a teaspoon of Italian seasoning, dash of garlic salt and pepper, drizzles of olive oil, a pound of ground turkey or beef, a1 cup of cheese, a can of olives, and cooking spray.
1. First of all, I cut this huge home-grown zucchini into 1/4 inch slices and put it on a baking sheet lined with tin foil and sprayed it with cooking spray.
2. I preheated the oven to 350 degrees.
3. Then I made my own tomato sauce with tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, and olive oil. I made it by just cutting the ends off the tomatoes, then smashing everything together to make a sauce. I spread it all out over the zucchini like a pizza sauce.
4. After that I cooked some ground turkey and put it on the zucchini, along with olives and cheese.
5. I put the "Zucchini Pizzas" in the oven for about 20 minutes, until they were cooked on the inside, but crunchy on the outside, like a pizza crust.
They were SO good, and I enjoyed them just as much as a piece of pizza- I hope you will too! :)
